Alain Kan (1945-1990) was a French pop singer and songwriter. He was born in Paris, France and began his music career in the 1960s. He gained popularity in the 1970s with his hit song "L'aventure" and went on to release several albums throughout the decade.
Kan was known for his eclectic musical style, blending elements of rock, pop, and electronic music. He collaborated with several prominent musicians, including Serge Gainsbourg, who wrote several songs for him.
Kan was also involved in experimental theater and film, appearing in movies such as "Je t'aime moi non plus" and "La Vie est un roman". He died of cancer in 1990 at the age of 44. Despite his relatively short career, he remains a cult figure among French music fans.
